ENO-TECTURE Eno-tecture blends the art and science of enology with the art and science of architecture. As architects and contractors with extensive experience planning and building winemaking facilities in California, Chile, Argentina and Italy; Raesfeld Associates brings a unique understanding to the winery development process. To start, we assist owners and winemakers in defining their winemaking objectives. We simplify the design and permitting processes. Our long history of working with winemakers, cellar workers, equipment suppliers and fabricators allows us to collaboratively work with the design team to develop innovative winemaking environments that respond equally to the enological and architectural objectives of the project.
